Position : Defender

Josh is a central defender, who made his debut off the bench in February's Cheshire Senior Cup quarter-final victory over Macclesfield.

His introduction came late in the APEC Taxis Stadium tie, which Linnets won 2-1, and as a striker!

Although out of position, he made the most of his short time on the field, earning himself a place in the senior squad for the rest of the season.

This isn't Runcorn lad Josh's first stab at senior football as he was previously on the books of Widnes and Ashton Town, who he joined in August 2020.

Prior to that, Josh was in the Academies of Manchester City and Liverpool.

He is strong and versatile technician, who prides himself on fitness.
