One of Runcorn's most consistent performers, Louis passed 100 first-team appearances for Linnets in the 2022-23 season.

On arriving from Chester in November 2019, Louis was quick to impress with his energy, physicality and maturity. He has continued to improve and develop his game.

Louis joined the Linnets after enjoying a temporary Northern Premier League stint earlier in 2019-20 at Premier Division club Bamber Bridge.

Louis is a Chester FC Academy graduate, who signed his first senior deal with the county city club in August 2019, after impressing through the Blues scholarship programme.

He helped Chester FC Youth Academy to win the National League Alliance Division J title in 2018-19.

Louis subsequently scored in Chester's Cheshire Senior Cup victory at Runcorn Town in October 2019.

A central midfielder from Halewood, Louis had joined the Seals from Blackburn Rovers in May 2017.

He was recalled from a loan spell at Burscough in order to make the move up two divisions to Bamber Bridge.

Louis left the club in summer 2023 after announcing his retirement from the game.
